Bubbly Blueberries!

How cute is this little guy! Blueberries are not actually one of the fruits that I enjoy, but I love the look of crochet ones! I am so happy how he turned out! It looks so adorable! I had to make several!

Materials-

  1. Worsted weight yarn

  2. Blue and black thread

  3. Hook size 3.5mm (E)

  4. 6mm Safety Eyes, or embroidered

  5. Stitch Marker

  6. PolyFill

  7. Tapestry Needle

  8. Scissors

  9. Sewing Pins

Abbreviations-

  1. Rd(s)- Round(s)

  2. MR- Magic Ring

  3. Sc- Single Crochet

  4. St(s)- Slip Stitch(s)

  5. Inc- Increase

  6. Dec- Invisible Decrease

  7. In front loops only pick up the next two loops, yarn over and pull through twice.

  8. P- Picot

  9. FO- Fasten Off

Notes-

  1. Magic Ring Alternative is you can chain 2 and single crochet in the second chain from the hook.

  2. This will be crocheted in the round, no slip stitch and chain.

  3. If not specified or in () repeat to the end of the round.

  4. Stuff as you go.

Blueberry-

Rd 1: 6 sc in MR

Rd 2: inc (12)

Rd 3: sc, inc (18)

Rd 4-6: sc around (18) (rounds 3)

Rd 7: sc, dec (12) insert eyes between rds 4 and 5 about 4 sts apart.

Rd 8: dec (6)

Rd 9: FLO (p, sl st in the next st) to close slip the needle through the BLO.
